"You deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported."

My Why:
the heart behind HABITUAL CARE?

Habitual Care was born out of a deep knowing: that healing happens when we feel held, not just physically, but emotionally, and continues through care that nurtures the whole person.

My name is Nicole Williams, and my path has always been rooted in care (long before certifications or titles). I understand how vital it is to feel seen and heard. As a doula, yoga instructor, and breathwork facilitator, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply we all long to feel safe, seen, and supported, especially during life’s most vulnerable transitions. Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and healing are sacred journeys. You deserve to walk through them with a trusted guide. Every body, every birth, and every healing path deserves support that is gentle, empowering, and rooted in truth.

Whether I’m offering birth and postpartum support, guiding a breathwork session, or teaching a restorative yoga class, my intention is always the same: to create a safe space where your nervous system can settle, your heart can expand, and your care is customized, compassionate, and consistent. To help you reclaim the strength your body naturally possesses.

This work is sacred to me.
You don’t have to do this alone.
This is your space to land.
To reset.
And you don’t have to earn rest, ease, or support.
You are already worthy of it.
This is not just my profession. It’s my purpose.
I’m honored to take this journey together.

With care,

Nicole
