Doula Services

Choose the package that's right for you!

what does a doula actually do?

As your birth doula, I’m here to walk beside you through this sacred season with calm, clarity, and compassion. Whether you're planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

A doula is not a replacement for your medical provider.
I don’t deliver babies or offer clinical care. What I do provide is just as essential:
continuous emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and shortly after birth. Think of me as a steady hand and grounded presence. There to advocate for your voice, help you breathe through the intense moments, hold your hand, rub your back, and remind you of your power when you need it most.

Research has shown that having a doula can:

  • Shorten labor time

  • Decrease the likelihood of interventions

  • Improve birth satisfaction

  • Support partner involvement

  • Reduce postpartum anxiety

Most importantly? You’ll walk away feeling more connected to your body, your baby, and your birth story. It's your birth. Your way.

I believe that birth is not just a physical event—it’s a transformational experience that deserves reverence, presence, and support.
