This session is for anyone seeking a pause. Whether you are a caregiver, a support partner, or moving through stress, loss, or burnout, this breathwork practice is designed to help you reset and find calm.

Includes:

  • Gentle, guided breathing techniques

  • Practices to release tension and emotional build-up

  • Support for grief, anxiety, or nervous system fatigue

  • Optional journaling or reflection prompts

  • Space to rest, realign, and breathe fully

Designed for new parents and their babies, this session creates space to regulate the nervous system and deepen connection. The practice blends awareness, grounding, and moments of bonding.​​

Includes:

  • Postpartum-safe movement

  • Gentle baby engagement and bonding

  • Breathwork to soothe the nervous system

  • Space for feeding, rocking, or pausing without judgment

This session is focused on calming the mind and preparing the body for labor. Each practice helps build emotional resilience and confidence while honoring the changing rhythms of pregnancy.​​
